ارتفاع زیاد درختان در جاده گیسوم باعث میشود که نور خورشید فقط از شیارهای میان‌برگ‌های درختان به زمین برسد من جاده‌ی زیبایی را ایجاد کند.

روستای دره بید بالا روستایی از توابع فریدن در 140 کیلومتری غرب اصفهان در منطقه‌ای سرسبز با لاله‌های واژگون و شقایق‌های سرخ در فصل بهار میباشد. این منطقه از قدیم شهرت زیادی داشته و گیاهانی مانند کما، کنگر، تره، کرفس، موسیر و شوید در آن می‌روید.
چشمه سفید، چشمه روغنی و چشمه آقاخان ازجمله چشمه‌های این دشت، روان هستند. روستای دره بید، قریه‌ای بوده واقع در دره‌ای سرسبز و پر از درختان وحشی بید که ساکنان آن در قلعه‌ای که با برج و بارو محافظت
آبشار اوبن در مرز استان‌های سمنان و مازندران در منطقه حفاظت‌شده دودانگه آبشار اوبن قرارگرفته که ارتفاع این آبشار از سطح آب‌های آزاد در حدود 1700 متر است.
ازنظر راه هوایی به روستای سرخده که در دامنه‌ی جبهه جنوبی خط‌الرأس نرو- خیرو میباشد، نزدیک است، اما ازلحاظ مسیری که عمدتاً از طریق آن به آبشار می‌رسند به روستای میانا (در دامنه‌ی شمالی خط الرأس) نزدیک است.

در ۳۰ کیلومتری سمیرم آبشار بی‌بی سیدان، درست در ورودی تنگه‌ای به نام "تنگه نازی" و در کنار رودخانه سمیرم (کاسگان) قرارگرفته است. این آبشار در انتهای سمیرم، درجایی که این شهر به یاسوج متصل شده، قرار دارد.

در منطقه حسن‌آباد داراب، تنگه‌ای زیبا به نام رغز قرار دارد که از زیباترین و بکرترین مناطق کوهنوردی استان فارس محسوب میشود. این دره با طولی معادل چهار کیلومتر دارای 64 آبشار و حوضچه طبیعی است که تنها 12 آبشار و آبگیر آن موردتوجه واقع‌شده‌اند و آخرین آبشار قسمت جنوبی با ارتفاع 35 متر به بن‌بست منتهی می‌گردد.

دریاچه چورت با مساحت حدود 2/5 هکتار در فاصله 10 کیلومتری روستای چورت مابین فاصل ساری تا کیاسر 350 کیلومتری تهران واقع‌شده که به دریاچه میانشه هم شهرت دارد و لقب خواهرخواندگی دریای خزر را به خود اختصاص داده است.
بعد از روستای چورت چندین مسیر خاکی برای دسترسی به دریا وجود دارد و مسیر جاده خاکی به طول 10 کیلومتر به دریاچه منتهی میشود، در ضمن از راهنمایان محلی نیز می‌توان راهنمایی گرفت.
